Patches for Horizon are rarely needed for anything but things that drastically change game mechanics which are also affected by Horizon.

I've never heard of that tool linked in the OP so idk how reliable it is, but usually NMM/MO2, LOOT and 圎dit should be the only things you need as a normal mod-user. Which mods you try to install with Horizon?
